The founders of Stoic Spirits have a long and storied presence in food and hospitality in Sydney's Inner West. It's a history that stretches back to the Pasticceria Bars of Italy in the early 1950's where the art and science that makes up Italian pastries and deserts was first explored and honed. That knowledge and skill was brought to Australia where it became a much-loved fixture for generations.
Stoic Spirits is the direct descendant of that tradition where knowledge and experience are melded by an Artisan's Craft to create something that is memorably authentic- an experience that is greater than the mere sum of its parts.
