​The Stoic Gin is made in the Inner West of Sydney. An authentic, small batch and artisanal gin that represents the best of the Australian Craft Gin movement.

​We are a local producer that has distinguished itself by wining prestigious international recognition with a

 It’s about flavour. Based on our trials and on our flavour knowledge and experience, we have settled on a unique set of more than a dozen balanced botanicals that each play an essential role in this Dry Style gin.

Smooth and full bodied; complex and well balanced (like any proper Stoic ought to be). It is a flavourful gin that treats the senses with the stimulation of its generous selection of carefully balanced and layered botanicals. Juniper, coriander seed and roots provide the foundation for a range of lighter notes including from spices, citrus and berries. ​Subtle sweetness and a long, pleasant finish sum up this versatile, well-balanced and distinctly refreshing gin.

Stoic Spirits distils an artisanal tradition

We are founded on years of hospitality experience with a heritage that stretches back to the Bars of Southern Italy in the early 1950's, where knowledge and experience were melded by an Artisan's Craft to create something memorably authentic- an experience that is greater than the mere sum of its parts.

Our Gin is made by a pastry chef who became a student of distillation to take the craft of capturing flavours to the next level. We know about finding the best botanicals which we meticulously prepare and combine and so that we deliver a full flavoured and balanced gin.

Stoic Spirits brings that background and passion to creating premium, small batch Sydney made Gin.
